Welcome to the secret beach of Salinas

Leave the lively atmosphere of Ses Salines behind and set out on foot toward a secret beach in southern Ibiza. Within minutes, the restaurants, music, and sun loungers disappear behind you. Gradually, only the trail, pine trees, and sea remain, creating a wild escape that feels worlds away from the rest of the island.

Meet your guide at the Ses Salines parking area, then follow an established trail through a protected natural landscape. The outbound walk takes approximately 20 minutes. The route does not follow exposed cliff edges and requires no ropes or sections where you need to use your hands, but the uphill section requires real effort. Rated 3 out of 5 for difficulty, this hike requires good physical fitness and sturdy sneakers.

Along the way, discover another side of the famous Ses Salines coastline. Help protect this fragile environment by staying on the trail, taking nothing from nature, and leaving no waste behind.

At the end of the path, a small hidden sandy beach appears, far from tourist establishments and the island’s bustle. There are no rows of sun loungers, tourist facilities, or services here—only a wild cove surrounded by nature. Depending on the number of visitors that day, its calm and isolation can give you the privileged feeling of finding your own secret beach and being alone in the world.

This is a natural, unmaintained beach. Dried leaves from marine plants may collect on the sand. They are part of the coast’s natural cycle and a reminder that you are entering a preserved environment rather than a managed resort beach.

Spend approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes slowing down and forgetting the island’s busy side. Relax in the shade, explore the cove, or enter the water easily and swim at your own pace. A mask and snorkel are provided so swimmers can explore beneath the surface. Participants must know how to swim before entering the water.

Your guide can take photos of you along the trail, on the beach, and beside the water, giving you natural memories of this secret escape.
After this peaceful moment away from it all, follow the same trail for the approximately 20-minute return walk. The experience is always completed before nightfall.

This shared 2-hour experience welcomes up to 20 participants. The usual starting time is 5:00 PM, but it may be changed at the customer’s request, subject to availability. Optional hotel pickup is available and takes place outside the 2-hour activity duration.

Bring water, sun protection, swimwear, a towel, and water shoes if possible. Toilets and bars are available only at the starting point.

Participants must be at least 16 years old. The activity is not suitable for pregnant women, people with reduced mobility, or anyone with heart, respiratory, or joint conditions. The experience is canceled in case of rain, strong winds, extreme heat, or dangerous sea conditions.
