Beach Yoga Class

Treat yourself to a moment of well-being by the sea with an outdoor yoga class on one of Ibiza’s beaches.

The session usually takes place at Cala Vadella. The location may be changed with the group’s agreement when the day’s weather, wind, or number of visitors makes another beach more suitable. Your meeting point will be sent to you by WhatsApp two days before the session.

Settle onto your mat facing the sea and let the rhythm of the island slow down around you. The class combines Power Yoga with Tai Chi-inspired movements, with an intensity adapted to the group’s level. Begin with breathing exercises and a progressive warm-up before moving through guided poses and movements. Finish with meditation and final relaxation, leaving you with a sense of calm and lightness.

The class is suitable for complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike. The content and poses are adapted to the participants’ abilities, as well as to pregnant participants and anyone who reports pain or an injury. The focus is not on performance: everyone practices at their own pace and within their own limits. Any hands-on adjustments will only be made with your consent.

Share this experience with a group in a friendly atmosphere, guided by an attentive instructor. Instructions can be provided in English, French, and Spanish.

After the class, you are free to spend more time on the beach, take photos, or swim at your own responsibility. It is a simple and authentic way to experience Ibiza’s wellness spirit through movement, breathing, and views of the sea.
